Anti
Corrosion Coating is Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor
(VCI) treatment for corrugated boxes and other
types of primary packaging. It can eliminate the
material and handling costs associated with placing
corrosible products into secondary VCI-treated
bags or wrappings. Service life of this coating
is two years under normal warehouse conditions.
Metal
products can be quickly and easily placed inside
packages treated with this coating for storage
or shipping. This takes a step out of the manufacturing
operation, saving time and money while reducing
waste and the risk of injury. For maximum effectiveness,
packages should enclose the packaged articles
on all six sides - Direct contact with coated
surface is not neccessary in order to be effective.

Tubes, cores and liners used to wrap coiled
steel can be coated with VCI to protect them from
corrosion. Combine with barrier coatings can also
be applied to the wrappings to provide moisture
oil & grease resistant. |

Electronics
The interface between different metals in semiconductors
and other electrical components can cause corrosion
in high humidity environments. This coating can
protect multiple metal types from corrosion. |

Military
Military forces worldwide use VCI packaging
to protect parts from corrosion. Our VCI-coated
packaging can provide corrosion ressistance to packaged
parts for up to two years under typical warehouse
conditions. |

Corrugated,
solid fiber and other forms of paperboard packaging
can all be treated with this coating at the converting
level. Partitions, slip sheets and other specially
